징크패널의 얇은 두께로 인해 생기는 웨이브 현상을 적층구조인 알루미늄 복합패널을 사용하여 평활도를 보완하고, 기존 징크패널 하부 시스템(내수합판+투습방수지+징크패널)의 단계를 생략하여 공기를 단축 가능하다. 알루미늄 복합패널은 준불연 이상의 난연성능을 가진 소재로 불에 잘 타지 않는다.
